1) Name 5 reasons young people want to use technology.
1- Everyone is doing it.
2- They are able to stay connected to people all of the time.
3- The kinds of technology that are available are convenient. This includes cell phones, i-pods, and laptops.
4- It engages their mind in a fun and interactive way.
5- It is a great way to make learning fun.
2) Did you identify with any of the young people in the clip:? Why?
I think I am very unlike many of the students in the video as I certainly was not one trying to be on the cutting edge of technology when I was their age but as I get older and I am finding how much more convenient life is with technology I enjoy it more.
3) Do you agree with having instant access to everything via the Internet helps you to know yourself better?
I don't know if it makes you know yourself better as I see a lot of confused people that are constantly on my space and face book. However, I do think that it makes you overall a more educated person.
4) Do you agree that technology helps pave the way to move forward as a civilization? Why or why not?
I think that technology is the future. Whether you like it or not it is changing the world every minute and you have the choice to keep up with it or lose touch.
